His billing rate is the same for this service, but who cares? You can get your problem solved quickly and efficiently. (You can also shut down the software anytime it’s not in use).

Everyone needs good tech support sometimes, but it’s hard to know where to turn because the industry is saturated with so many options. I was overwhelmed when I started my search.
